Terms of Service

Estimate Experts provides back-office estimating and documentation services for contractors. Estimate Experts is not a public adjuster, does not adjust, negotiate, or settle insurance claims, does not represent policyholders, and does not provide coverage determinations.

It is explicitly understood and agreed by all parties that Estimate Experts is not acting as a public adjuster, nor does it hold any contractual relationship with the insured or the insurer. Estimate Experts is solely engaged in providing back-office support services to the Contractor. The Service provider shall not participate in or have any involvement in public adjusting activities.

Estimate Experts provides back-office estimating, take-off, and documentation services to contractors and restoration professionals. Deliverables are produced from information the contractor provides. Pricing is per estimate for the documentation work and is not contingent on any insurance claim outcome. Rush and large-job rates are disclosed up front.

Turnaround times are estimates and depend on the file. Estimate Experts does not adjust, negotiate, settle, or represent any party on an insurance claim, and provides no coverage determinations or legal advice.
